"Wars come and go but My soldiers are eternal". Its from that movie XXX. And they say tupac said it. I've dont think I've ever heard it. There are sites that say he said it but dont know from where. Now i do know the "friends come and go but my soldiers r eternal" from as the world turns.

But since it is obvious that 2pac says friends scome and go and the line in the movie is wars come and go, it is rather a paraphrase and not actually a quote.
