Personally i dont think until 10 or 15 years maybe even 20years time when the music has stopped being released. The reason being everybody knows the story of pac now, so wait until there is a new generation to deliver it to and let everybody know pacs life in a motion picture. Kinda like how they did the film about Ray Charles.
I think if it was released now there wouldnt be as much benefit as if it was done years done the track.
