Were all the pac songs on the gang related albums meant for the sound track

I know the movie came out about a year and a half after he died. Made nigaz video was orignally going to be used for some type of project pac and deathrow they were planing that probably included hitem up and maybe americas most wanted.

And the songs staring threw my review and my life are great songs I wonder if pac was planing to use them on another project and deathrow just threw them on there to go with the movie sound track.
