Actually it's "it'll come one day" not "I'll come one day."

Before that he says "ain't no mystery, you get what you give" so that's what he's talking about with the 'it'll come one day.'

Also, it's "I can't tell you what," of course referring to the question posed in the original versions chorus (what's in me, that's got me acting so crazy).
