Hmm. I always thought Kadafi sounded kinda different on that verse, like he was less motivated or sad or something. It sounds different than other typical verses by Kadafi. He even sounds older. With Pac, he was on cloud nine and had someone who was on the same level, to lose that mentor, I can only imagine what had to be going on in his mind at the time.

That explains alot if it's true. With Pac dead, i'm sure Kadafi, for the few months he lived after, was probably less motivated to rap.
