Anyone getting effects of this shit? Its my first one. And being from Kentucky I never felt hurricane effects either. This is more legit than I expected it to be. Tearing down trees and shit and the worst part hasn't hit yet.
Pretty cool getting paid to sit in the barracks though. Even though mre's taste only slightly better than freeze dried dogshit.

I was in Ike for a little bit. Shut down my school for two days and it was just dark and windy and rainy. You ever try smoking a cigarette on the porch where the sky looks like a coon spreading its cheeks over the world and ripping ass? That's how dark and windy it was.

Good experience, though. Nothing beats the butt-end of the storms that hit Tuscaloosa with tornadoes, though. That shit had me in emergency mode. I had my laptop and Xbox and all the chargers in my backpack and I was ready to run when the lights flickered. I lived in a 4BR 2B apartment all to myself. Prayed and promised I'd stop masturbating if a tornado didn't touch down. It did a few miles away. Fuck you, God.

You smokers are fuckin' dedicated. People are literally wearing flaks and kevlars to go outside and stand in this rain and crazy ass wind to smoke their cigarettes, dodges flying limbs and shit.
Smokers have passion, if I could find anything I love as much as you guys love your nicotine, I'd be happy.

Yeah, ask Amy Winehouse how that worked out for her. Wait..don't...she's dead.
