Yes, I am over analysing Pac's lyrics once again. Listen to the first verse, where I can hear Tupac talking incoherently in the background. It starts over the third/fourth sentence of the first verse and ends on the line 'and still terrified I get they ass'.

yeah thats the one...it was done on purpose..but by who? maybe the bootleggers of the makaveli boots..who knows....
