to pop or not to pop...(the collar)

yay first post!

anyway i want to hear from everyone, especially the young ladies.

should we guys pop our collars? i don't do it, i like to do things my own way. but it certainly is in-style right now, at least in miami, and miami usually is up on the trends.

it was in style alot in melbourne (australia) about a year ago for the button up shirts. Polo shirts is the new one which everyones doing. Industry clothing is actually designing polo shirts that are designed for popped up collers (the brand name is under the coller)
i'm not a big fan of it personally, i do it sometimes depending what i'm doing. If i wear 2 polo's on top of each other one, i'll have the bottom one with a popped up coller and the one on the top just normal.
just incase you're wondering, 2 polo shirts on top of each other is the new thing (which just quietly i cliam to have started because i've been doing it for ages and in the past 3 months it's EVERYWHERE)

Yeah i've seen that a lot too. I don't think it matters either way - some people look stupid with the collar up... wear it however feels right.

I never used to pop it, but I got a new thing going on.

Wearing a brighter flamboyant polo shirt under a darker 1. Pop both collars, and let the one underneath hang below the top 1. Nice effect.

Looks better on some boys but when they're just doing it to be trendy or be 'chav-ish' then it just looks stupid.

this kid i work with pops the collar on his Giant uniform (for those who don't know, Giant is a chain of foodstores in Pennsylvania...the shirts are basically green polo shirts)
