"thug luv" really a "one nation" album song?

i've recently discovered an interview with bizzy bone in which he says that "thug luv" was done in january 1996 with him pac and sylk-e-fyne shortly after they met each other for the first time on an after-awards-show-party.
i think it is well known that pac started recording the one nation songs in june 1996 at his home in L.A.
knowing that pac's verse is the same on all leaked thug luv versions, i kinda doubt thug luv was meant for one nation.
maybe i'm wrong...
does someone know more?
