"Songs I don't like are Run Tha Streetz, Got My Mind Made Up, Bury Me a G, Just Like Daddy (oh...this song is HORRENDOUS), Let Them Thangs Go and Ready 4 Whatever (probably the worst song I've ever heard from him) "

Wow....

Let me guess you like California love and How Do You Want It? Maybe a little I Get Around?
Well, first, why do you say "wow" to the songs I listed that I don't like?

California Love, I used to love that song, but not so much anymore. It feels more like a Dre record than a Pac record, which makes sense because from what I've heard (on this board) is that California Love was supposed to be a Dre solo record, but Suge forced Dre to kinda give Pac the song. Anyway, the song is good, but I'm not hot on it overall because of its' vibe. I wouldn't say I don't like it, but it's not the first Pac song I'd choose. As for How Do U Want It, hell yeah. That's one of the tightest party songs Pac's ever done. I Get Around is cool too.

However, my absolute favorite, my "I can't live without these" Pac songs are (in no particular order):
Ambitionz Az A Ridah
Street Fame (Better Dayz version)
Hail Mary
Blasphemy
So Many Tears
Against All Odds
When We Ride On Our Enemies (BD version)
Ghetto Star
Better Dayz (ft. Ron Isley)
My Block (seriously, this song is just pure poetry. fuckin beautiful)
Krazy
Bomb First
To Live And Die In LA
2 Of Amerika'z Most Wanted
MATW
Unconditional Love
Life Goes On
Dear Mama
Only God Can Judge Me
I Ain't Mad Atcha
Can't C Me
Picture Me Rollin'

There's a bunch more too but I'm starting to get sick of typing.

Sorry dogg, I ain't lying. I kept about 20 reviews that people posted when Dave D posted the song here back in like January or December. I remember another time that you claimed you didn't write that either, but whatever. I copied and pasted all the good reviews people posted and put them in my mailbox. I also copied and pasted them again and put them on a page in Microsoft Publisher and saved them. So I have about 20 some reviews saved in two spots on my computer that are copied word for word.

Man...me recieving positive reviews of my opinions on this forum feels weird. I'm not used to it. I mean, I'm in three other groups on the net aside from this one. I'm a co-founder of the largest Yahoo! wrestling Group on the internet. We have over 5,000 members. Yes, that's an accurate figure. The members total over 5,000 people. In all the other groups I'm involved in I'm loved. And I'm talking people between the ages of 17 and 35. I'm very well respected and loved, so much so that a lot of the people in these groups I have phone numbers for. But I come here, and it's like I'm in Haterville. 95% of the people here have a chip on their shoulder. Most of the members here are so quick to beef that they're constantly insulting each other.

So, after I get a compliment here, it feels weird, but, thanks, I guess. lol. There's a few people on this forum that I speak with outside of the forum (PM's, Emails, phone numbers, addresses) and as a matter of fact there's even one person on this forum that lives about 2 hours north of me and he is a basement producer. He has his own equipment in his basement and he buys beats from some guy he knows from the net that sells beats priced at VERY GOOD prices. He and I are supposed to meet sometime between now and August at the studio that I record my shit at and we're supposed to be collaberating on a song, spitting 2 verses each.

But...most of the people here are assholes. Those whom I'm friendly with outside of the forum know who they are.

Yeh, thats cool :). And yeh, there are a few assholes on here, who jump at what you say. You can't even have an opinion on here, without some prick dissing you for it. Anyway, keep posting, man. It's all good. :) :thumb:

Calcuo learned an important lesson today, dont bother arguing with the 28 year old redhaird guy called Jason, he fills up pages by quoting people and gives them bullshit.

So yeh, fuck the couple of lines, like, "I split the blunt & rolled the fat one"..Thats one thing, out of the whole song. If your going to look at it like that, then damn. No rapper puts feeling into shit then!
What would you call this: 'There's 10 rules to the game', perhaps a line ?

CalcuoCuchicheo said:
do you think there was a huge deal of thought & meaning behind Tupac saying, "I split the blunt & rolled the fat one"??? Because I don't....
Me neither, it just sounds fucking dope because he talks about Moses splitting the read sea and him splitting the blunt. This is an example of a line with no exact meaning

People just don't fuckin' think before they type.

There's a difference between writing a song and not realizing at the time how good the song is, and just completely writing something because "it sounds good" or "cuz it rhymes".

Do you know how many artists I've heard in interviews say "yeah, I knew I had something good when I did that, but I didn't know it was gonna be this big".

It's called exceeding your own personal expectations, that's all.
It's not about that. Check the XXL and you'll read that 2pac said: You hear the shit i spit here or some shit like that, so he just wrote it down and not thinking about it deeply. Don't get me wrong, Blasphemy is one of the best 2pac songs ever and very deep but i dont believe he talked about specific 10 rules or his father telling him those rules.

There's a big section called LIFE. Post anything about 2pac there. Otherwise all the 2pac "fans" will migrated to streethop.

I don't know what he means by it. It could mean many things, but best believe he knew what he was writing about, jeez. You could say the same thing about any rapper, when they say shit. But not many were on Pac's level, on the intelligence level of things, when writing about stuff.
