That list is trash. The best rapper of all time (thats still alive) is Easily Nas.

Illmatic, It Was Written, Stillmatic, Lost Tapes are all classics and better than most rappers catalogues

Lets not throw the C word around too much. I'm a big Nas fan enjoyed all those albums myself, but calling them all classics is going too far. Illmatic is obviously a classic though. The others are just really dope.
