ok my opinion after hearing Pac's life...
I started to listen.. after 2 known failures (songs) i heard something nice - Dumpin. Pac doesn't fit too much but Fatal's verse was awesome, then some punk came that doesn't fit too. Beat is nice also chorus quite nice but too black eyed peas styled (i can't stand black eyed peas) then quite happy that it's a nice start.. shock.. dissapointment.. madness.. it's even hard to describe those feelings.. 2 years of hope for a decent album wasted.. oh except soon as i get home which doesn't fit to this "album" at all. Most of the songs sound like some techno mixes, Pac doesn't fit at all, not that style at all.. They fucked up dont go 2 sleep.. one of my favourite beats just has been destroyed, same with great Fatal verse on it instead they put Chamillionaire - hip-hop's worst failure after 0.5$........Playa (Play ya?) cardz right with Keysha is a nightmare.. it was such a nice, moody song with Kci&Jojo.. what's next.. no needs to comment.. same with international..don't sleep ;(;( one ofthe hottest Pac's verses fucked like that.. Gay version of Play ya cardz right is some kinda better because of nice outro (only outro), don't stop duhhh.. all fan made mixes were muuch better, no val young on the hook instead that idiot --->n<---OBLE. Kadafi's verse there?? From a moody song that doesn't fit too good.
Pac's life remix of the remix sound's even worse than.. remix (hope you know what i mean) Only Snoop's verse brings back some good memories when Deathrow rappers were listened with respect. Remix of Untouchable (not remix of the remix) is way better than remix of remix but still it's a remix that is much worse then other remixes like the one with Left eye.

Sorry if i offended someone but that's my personal opinion on this whole album. 9 more songs just dissapeared from my"officially unreleased nice songs that can be released like a nice songs"

P.S.1. Snoop sounds gay when he says "Outlaw, Outlaw"
P.S.2. Just waiting for dear mama remix ;)

If i have to compare it with LTTG it's really hard now. Pac's life destroyed more great songs, LTTG came with some unheards also. Anyway i feel BIG dissapointment now but not as much as when i first heard LTTG. It may be because i haven't expected that good album now especially after hearing first singles or because the absence of 50 cent, eminem's beats, cut and paste jobs and slow downs. Anyway that album would be 100000 times better with just renewed orginals or JJ remixes like on good old Better Dayz. So why they have to do everything to fuck a good song up? They copy, paste all those verses too much in the studios, record new ones that actually are much worse then original artist's, make a beat they like and then try to fit Pac's acapella to it (it's good they finally learned what a tempo is) and Pac's life is just a negative result of doing too much with his music now.

DAMN, Just downloaded this and damn, this is worse than LTTG

Here's my review:
1. Trash 0/5
2. Trash 0/5
3. Not bad, but they could of used the Pac hook 2/5
4. Not bad, but could be 100 times better 1/5
5. OMG WTF IS THIS SHIT? Leave this shit for Jay Rock's or A3's album and give Pac some good beat, dammit 0/5
6. This is good but MD Remix and all the other versions kill it 2/5
7. WTF, This sounds like Rahim production aka On My Ring tone Shit 0/5
8. Now this is what I like, only minus is Lil Scrappy, Stormy and removal of Nutt-So's hook 4/5
9. Best track on the album 5/5
10. This is bad, sounds like Pac should have started his verse a lil bit earlier, beat is alright 3/5
11. Damn, what the hell they did to the beat? Trash 0/5
12. Still the same trash just with Snoop's verse 0/5
13. Could have been nice track but beat ruins it 1/5

Overall 1/5
Even the Soon As I Get Home track couldn't save the album. Blah
By the looks of it there bro you have just downloaded it already with the mindset that it sucked and you have listened to it once and just fucking trashed it to bits.

All anyone was looking for in this release was top class production to do justice to Pacs lyrics. The production/beats are fuckin awful. I ve listened to it once, its not a 2pac album, its shite. I wont be buying this no way!

If they won't release Dumpin as a single they're fucking stupid. They probably won't because it has fatal on it. If there was 50 cent, eminem or Nas on it they would make it a big single

Nah, I was actually hoping for some decent remixes but damn, this is straight up trash, this would be good if it was put out by one of them bullshit south side repping artists but nah they had to put this crunk ass shit near pac, amaru, save it for edi's album or something

They should just put out maxi single with Soon As I Get Home, cause that's the only track worth something on this album

LOL at the people liking What's Next.

But come to think of it, the OG wasn't all that. Syke rapped too too slow and Ital Joe was everywhere (Spit In Da Sky! It Gon Come Back In Ya Eye!)..but this is 100x worse!

Nobody said that OG was some super hit but remixing it over some crunk shit, wtf were they thinking? That's like remixing First 2 Bomb over R&B beat, just doesn't work.

I prefer this album to LTTG. Still, Johnny's tracks were better than 75% of this CD and should have been on here... Here's hoping that they will be used on the "real" album if this is indeed the tribute album.

I like Dumpin', Play Ya Cardz Right Female dragged on too much, Whatz next is pretty tight, Sleep is average, I actually quite like this version of International, Don't Sleep could have done without Scrappy, SAIGH CDQ is all good, Play Ya Cardz Right Male is average (Johnny's version with Charlie Wilson shits all over these 2 versions)

Don't Stop is mehhh. Pac's Life Remix should have just been the only version on the CD. and Gravy shouldn't have been on Untouchable.

pacs life version of whatz next is straight, since LTTG i never will compare the official to the OGs

but whatz next is one of those deeper tracks, and not that-sry folks for sayin that club shit" luda, 50 , kayne or thegame kinda beats"

and personally i listen to pac coze his voice is really a help a inspiration
i listen to him, chill back and think bout my life, but wit the most of this "bum cha cha bum" beats its like pac only wanted to dancin and not to deal wit struggles, like a chainsaw massacre some of this shit

but whatz next is beside "soon as i get home" definitly not a party sytle beat

I have a question.

Was any of the Acapellas that was used on Pac's life remixed on the tracks you heard? or did you hear other acapellas?

If thats the case i hope they will NOT be released on another album, unless in OG form, because it would be terrible to release the same songs on another album again, that would seem cheap as fuck (Well, ohh forgot whos controllong the music)

I think this is exactly what Amaru wanted--an "updated" version, something that sounds like it could come out today. All in all, it isn't terrible.

No, this isn't updated. It's a step backwards. It sounds like a mixtape. I wouldn't be half as dissapointed if this album wasn't mixed so horribly.
