It's impressive because it shows a certain level of mental strength. I mean, if United had a couple more dudes with Keane's mentality then you might be a force again.

Captains tend to have to be consistant, focused, tactically astute & tend to take their football seriously.

It's good to have players like this.

And anyway, the pecking order for captain currently goes: Klos, Ricksen, Ferguson.
