How is anything he said going to open a new investigation? Anderson is dead. The Stone Brothers are dead. Lil Al got locked for all three murders. How is any of the information he wrote going to lead to any further investigations at all? If anything he's risking the chance of bringing down heat on himself by detailing his criminal behavior.
