Funny story: don't drink and stock. At my store some of the stock guys working on the line, distributing beer, got a little hot-headed and decided to knock back a few in the middle of the day. I think our new manager had ordered too much that week so there was a surplus. Anyway, they got caught on the cameras a couple of days later and were fired. Which is funny, as drinking on the job is kind of common at my workplace. You know, Russians and their vodka.

true. what i meant was he was waiting for a job and he finally got one. of course he has to make things work, so like everyone has suggested, i think it would be a good idea to look for a more preferable position while he works here. i wasnt implying that he should stay in this position for the forseeable future and something will eventually come his way... because things dont come to you unless you go in search of them. so there...
