Rugby World Cup 2007

Yea Argentina finished third after beating France in the Bronze final last night. Well deserved. They were excellent.

South Africa v England tonight in the final. South Africa are favourites but anything can happen in a final. England have surprised everyone by first beating Australia and then France. South Africa looked very impressive when they beat Argentina in semi final. Im looking forward to it.

France v New Zealand was a great game.
 
I'm not a big fan of Rugby and I don't even know most of the rules. I'll still watch it though, I hope the boys do it. I know we are underdogs but are we like huge underdogs or what?
 
Its a final so anything can happen but England haven't been pretty to watch. Their game is based around strong forward play and Johnny Wilkinsons kicking. South Africa looked class against Argentina but as i said anything can happen. South Africa are favorites and rightly so because they have been very impressive and beat England(minus Wilkinson) 36-0 in the group stages.

Watch out for Bryan Habana when he gets the ball. He is so quick.
 
South Africa won 15-6 in a very poor game. There was no try scored and England had a trie controversially disallowed. There was very little running with the ball. It was all rucks and kicking. I dont think Habana even got the ball in a position to run. Tait made a few nice breaks for England but overall it was very poor to watch. I cant understand how some rugby head say that football is a boring game.

South Africa deserved to win based on their performances throughout the tournament. England can be proud of their effort.
 
That final was like the third game of Rugby i've ever watched in my life and I thought it was a borefest. England made five mistakes and gave away 15 stupid points, I mean what the fuck.
 
South Africa did deserve to win. They were good throughout the tournament but played it safe in the final. I think they could have opened England up if they wanted. They were deserved champions imo.
