site is not in english, but its easy to navigate. Just use the left side bar to navigate which show you want, then click on the episode you want (e.g Dexter S02E11 HDTV XviD-XOR which is highlighted in a red bar)

I hardly ever use Rslinks.org or similar sites, I just type whatever I'm looking for in Google with Rapidshare next to it and I'll find it.
