pac in my film class

#1
so the other day in my World Film Class, the topic was Black Film Rennaisance. We watched Gridlock'd! I had seen this movie before, but it really surprised me that my world renowned film teacher chose gridlock'd to watch for class. I love this movie. The next day in lecture he had this power point presentation, and he put like 2 pages of it on Tupac. He was giving him mad props about his acting skills, and said he was one of the most promising young black actors there ever was. He knew nothing about his music, but was really disappointed when he was sensesly killed. Anyway just thought i'd let you know that our boy Pac is living on though more than just his music. :thumb:

mostly talked about his ability to show his emotions. he replayed us the scene when their in the hospital and they can't get any help, pac all pissed off. then the next scene hes sitting in the waiting room depressed. also mentioned something about pac's deep eyes. great for the comedic scenes all sparkling when he'd be laughing or for the depressing scenes just droopy and dark.

also, relative to the film industry, he was really young and showed inexperienced raw talent.

so this wasn't cool enough to create a whole new thread, but on TNT tonight after the mavs warriors game ( which was fucking amazing ), barkley was hating on Golden State again. Kenny asked him if he was going to apologize to the GS fans, and he was like "The Bay Area Sucks". Then Kenny was like "U dont got love for tupac?" Barkley replies, "I looove tupac" Ha, Barkley has to be my favorite sports analyst out there. Dude is hilarious (except for when he hates on my BULLS).

In Pac's interview on the Gang related set, he said ''given the experience, the opportunity and the lessons from people, I could be the best actor there ever was. But right now I just wanna be one of 'em.'' Great interview.
