I've house hunted, car hunted, bike hunted, and now I am office hunting.
The business I invested in last year has grown so rapidly they need a larger and more accomidating office.
So my partner, who runs that business day to day, have spoken and agreed that we're going to find a large enough office to accomidate that business as well as set up a professional recording studio for myself.
Caesar will also move in to his own cubical to run Streethop 9 to 5 as well as his other websites.
I tell you, finding an office to accomidate all of this as well as leave adequet room for growth is going to be a bit of a challenge and harder than it was even buying a house. I have to consider so many different needs and wants. I need desk space for about 10 cubicals for the other business, enough for a recording room and mixing room, a lounge area and a kitchen. Plus we need to make sure the walls are solid enough to help with sound proofing in the studio and the office has enough fiber optics and cables for 10 phone lines and the network.
Geeeez. Any one else out there had to do similar? It's a head ache
