For a few weeks now, the activity on these boards have been on the rise. I know because I haven't been around as much as before. Every time I logged on there would be so much new activity I couldn't keep up with it all.

Then bam, Caesar gets a new server, SH is non functional for not even a day, and after that it's as dead as it was right after Christmas.

Proposed explanation(s):
- Coincidence
- If people can't have something immediately upon request, they lose interest
- They think it's still down

It's weird to me anyhow. You're not all as bored as you (must have) been two/three days ago!?

I noticed it dying down last week before the crash, right after Jackson's death. I think now that Michael is gone, there's nothing for us to talk about anymore. Now the board has no reason to exist.

Not at all. If anything the board has slown down (i use that term relatively) since early June. Majority of the posts i saw created were stupid bs like "hey guys I'm gay" next poster "lulz i knew sigh was a faggot!!11!" basically shit that wasn't even worth reading the first time then we had some other random shit like carmi's dog or youtube videos or happy birthday threads.


Anyway I think its slowing down because its summer and most of us (well some) like to enjoy the nice weather while its here. It was a really long fucking winter and didn't get nice here till about 2 weeks ago so I'm enjoying it as much as possible. Most cannucks are probably doing the same.
