Alright, i dont think anyone can deny that fact that pac is talking about the vegas thing. Because pac done told everybody and thier mama about what went down in NY, and yes word for word. So everytime i hear this track, i get pump up, because i know whats up hahaha.

The other strange thing is, before the outro, richie rich will say this:

" Just call me, if you need me pac, "

Or Richie rich will hint and say, Welcome back Pac. Overall holla back alright.

That may be possible, but didnt the song get release the day after pac supposely died, thats what i heard. Also, pac is not prophet and neither can he tell the future. Therefore, either pac was getting at something in that song, or he said it for a reason. My views on it, seems like pac was telling us something, because it would'nt make sense for pac to say anything like that, unless he was trying to tell his fans he was alive and nothing really happen in vegas.

It could both ways, so i'm going with the alive thing. Because richie rich will hint in the song about Call me if you need me, pac, or welcome back pac

And listen close to the outro, pac is talking about how things change, people getting 60 years for nothing, etc etc. Pac did have a court date coming up, so it would make sense for him to planned everything, therefore, he can evade prison, just like on the outro on HAIL MARY

The song had nothing to do with the ny shooting, if that was the case, tha song would of came out way before the vegas shooting. But it came out right after pac got shot or whatever, richie rich was the one who release the song, he did it for a reason and at a direct time.
