Nick Broomfields Biggie & Tupac

Last night I put this excellent DVD on, I hadnt seen it for a couple of years so it was worth a watch again. I picked up on a few things that hadnt registered when I last watched it. This documentary is mesmerizing, what with all the twists and shit. My conclusion from the Dvd and prior knowledge is as follows:

Tupac was a troubled genius

Some shit happened between associates of Suge & Puffy.

Suge scoops up Pac at a very vulnerable time, after goin 2 jail, gettin shot and dropped from Interscope.

Bad Boy had nothing to do with the NY shootin of Pac.

Pac did not know who shot him but is influenced by voices in prison, dislikes Biggies reaction to the shootin, then Suge plays him like a pawn to get at puffy.

Pac may have been considering leaving Death Row, but Suge did not have Pac killed. (I think Russel Poole is offf the mark on this one)

Pac hyped and fuelled with ale rushes Orlando Anderson in Vegas.

Orlando and his homies retaliate a few hours later. Pac fatally wounded.

That policeman regggie snr explains what happened next with Crip gang members being killed in a mini war. Suge and his blood affiliates doing the killing.

The thought of Biggie takin top spot pisses Suge right off, to him its like Puffy has won the East West feud. Then to add insult to injury Biggie is to be partyin in California only a few months after 2pacs death (Bad bad move Biggie:confused: ). This steps the line in Suge eyes and gives him the oppurtunity to have a hit put on him using bent LAPD.

The rest is history, two of the greatest rappers lost, a fuckin waste. R.I.P. to both Biggie & Tupac.

On another note I was pissin me self laffin when that slut was gettin interviewed about having sex with Peres and Mack and her lawyer was a proper perv sayin things like "tell them about the orgies?" and "did you have sex with both men and girls" and the whopper was "is any of this on tape!" ha ha ha proper sex case!

On another note, I think Frank Alexander is probably homosexual.
And if you read this Dante did anyone try to contact you for this project, ie. buy some music?

We all know all these point before the dvd. everything is true but

1. "Bad Boy had nothing to do with the NY shootin of Pac."
We know the black mafia shot pac and black mafia and black are linked together. and

2. "Pac did not know who shot him but is influenced by voices in prison." Streets do talk and with Pac being a celeb, he had to find out who's shot him.

Also the dvd is bullshit. How come a helicopter comes out of nowhere the exact same time, they was goin to play a rare Pac song???? The dvd was create to make money off the death of pac and biggie.

Not bullshit it was well researched, but yes I noticed little things like that. Also when Lil cease pulled up and they put a sound effect in of his car screeching. And on a bonus part of the DVD the interview with Suge has him talkin bout his love for 2pac and showing a tattoo on his arm of pacs name. They cut this from the final cut coz it doesnt sit well with their theory. Defiantly dont believe everything u see, read or hear. But the Suge killing of Pac theory is completly out my head now.

Really, what an observation. Give this man a nobel prize.

Of course he did it cuz the dvd would bring a tremdous amout of interest and if that means to make some cha ching, bling bling...then go Mr. Broomfield.

I love this captalistic world I live in.

You say it like its a bad thing.

I remember back in the early 80's, a movie was made about mahatma ghandhi, was critically accailamed, and won many awards. But shiit, that movie was ONLY made to make money.. how awful.. what horrible ppl. Welcome to the world. Oh wait cuz ghandhi is dead, no one can make a bukk off of him.. TOO fukkin bad, learn some 101 econmics on how this world runs.. and trust me ghandhi was a gizzilion times the man 2pac EVER wished to be.

Dunno man. LOL

This whole thing.. making money off of ppl.. enough already.. I say if your smart enough to make your money, go on and do your thing.. stop being hollier than thou by saying oh its sacred to NOT make money off of someone that is passed.. if so.. someone needs to beat the fukk out of spike lee for that malcolm X movie FIRST.

tupac and biggie was a documentary and a film made by broomfield to capatilize. But to dismiss the documentary cuz the dude wanted to make money, carries no substance and sounds more like cry baby shit.. if the movie is bad speak on it, instead of throwing obvious insults.. I mean if the documentary was to this posters satisfactory, would he say.. what a great film or would he STILL say broomfield is trying to make money? You got say more than this holllier than though attidute of , oh he was just trying to make money. Make some real arguements bring something say something, not some blanket bullshit statement. Especially if you were to consider, if you were in a position to make 6 figures off a project of someone that has passed like you'd refuse, if you were to, your either a rich kid or your stupid. I'll tell you right now I'd jump, not just once, but two times. Naw what I mean..

These kids that spit this shit. oh he did it to make money with no substance attached to their blanket statment, as if they wouldnt jump.. I bet if I offered poster a burger for free he'd jump 3 times over. And thats the deal right there...

The movie was biased, the guy didn't examine Pac's murder, he just tried to prove Suge did it!

Also I believe the black mafia shot Pac in NY, for a number of reasons. First of all Pac dissed Hatian Jack in a newspaper, saying "he's just a runner" something to that effect. Then he ignored him at a party, which Biggie among others thought was a major "no no". On top of that they had bought Pac jewelry expecting he would sign to Bad boy in return, he didn't! As Jimmy Henchman put it "he needed to be disciplined". Bad boy wasn't involved directly but they had close ties to the black mafia.

As far as Biggie being killed, he wasn't as innocent as everybody thinks. The southside crips did security work for Bad Boy both before and after Pac got killed, Biggie was hanging in Compton with them the day before he got shot! So there was def. ties between them, which might be a reason why Pac jumped Orlando and most likely the reason Biggie got killed!

There's still a lot of unanswered questions, this documentary didn't really shed new light on the killings. Not for me atleast.

I've said this before!

It kinda shows through in his book 'Got Your Back'.
Frank Alexander's heterosexuality is well documented in that book.

Bad Boy had nothing to do with the NY shootin of Pac.
That's obviously wrong.

Biggie was hanging in Compton with them the day before he got shot! So there was def. ties between them, which might be a reason why Pac jumped Orlando
There's no Bad Boy or Biggie tie to Pac jumping Orlando. It was simply over the chain Orlando snatched from Travon at the mall months earlier.

This steps the line in Suge eyes and gives him the oppurtunity to have a hit put on him using bent LAPD.
The corrupt cop that Poole and Broomfields suspected was obsessed with Pac to the point of having a Pac shrine. I think these guys are looking too much into a Blood connection to link Suge to Biggie's murder and sensationalize it. After all, Suge was locked up when Biggie was killed.

The biggest thing i noticed from the film and made a thread about it at the time was:
When they interview with that guy in prison he goes in february (or somethin) of 96 there was a meeting suge was there, a rapper (pac) and in a nutshell a hit was taken out on biggie. In other words pac was still alive when the hit was taken out, meaning pac more than likely knew about the hit. Even though people on here would like to deny it i do believe pac would of had biggie killed with all the shit he was told and his belief biggie knew he was gonna be shot and that biggie turned his back on him.

i heard biggie still owed the crips money for their security work, and didn't pay up,that's why he was shot.

i havent read frank alexanders book so i wouldnt know about him being gay. was there anything specific that u can give an example of that made u think that? is it because he came across as having sexual feelings for 2pac?

he made Pac look like a criminal.
yea i noticed this too they made biggie look the good guy and pac the bad guy. think they did this cos pac was with suge and they wanted to prove he killed biggie and maybe even pac. and plus cos afeni didnt give them any rights to pac shit.
