New Napoleon forum header

Ive done a custom header in here for Napoleon, if you cant see it presh refresh on your browser a few times. If you still have problems, clear your cache.

If you still cant see it, let me know.

nice, about time we got some sort of chagne even though it is small in this forum. been the same for waaay too long. I like that but i dont know, if it was streched out covering the whole top part it would look a lot better but im not sure if it will look as good.

oh man that took me for ever to figur out. i read arabic wich the letters are and at first it just looks like somebody just typed random letters but after you figure it out it looks preatty cool . i hope its easier to figure out if you dont speak arabic cus you wont try to read it from the right to left.
