Knicks should be alright since houston should be gone this year with that new amnesty clause that allows each team a one-time exception to waive a player and not have that player's contract count against the luxury tax.. i kno thats not going to help with the cap .. but you get minimum of 4-5 mill for a vet to come in trade starbury and go after stromile swift like there life depends on it!.. they could even try to go after damon stoudamire he might sign for the minimum 4-5 mill a year
