NEDs are quite entertaining., on the buses in uk, we have double deckers with CCTV cameras on the top deck which views the going on activities on the back of the bus, and the NEDs always sit at the back of the bus breaking as much law as possible, like pissing and smoking blunts. everyone on the front of the bus can cleary see from the TV what the neds are up to.

everyone on the bus now refers to those tvs as NED TV.
