There are some instances in which NEW members are not able to set up functioning accounts, PTZ are not being displayed properly, and information is missing from Settings. This issue is not affecting members’ ability to invite friends. If you are experiencing any of these issues, you may continue to invite friends while we address this problem.
We are aware that PTZ may not be displaying properly, but PTZ are accurately captured in our data base, so we know what your PTZ should be. There’s just a problem accurately displaying the number in our data base onto your screen. If your PTZ are displaying incorrectly, they should be fixed within 24 to 48 hours.
