Damn this track is dope. Like damn.
So much emotion in his voice and the verses are damn.

I think Bad Azz kills it with his verse, one of the best, IMO.

Wasn't it later confirmed that he wasn't originally on the track? And Nuttso was supposed to be? Or is that another track I'm getting confused with..:(

Or was it Ghetto Star? Idk, shits all blurry to me. Enlighten me.

What happened is that the outlawz were suppose to be on that track. But nobody had anything and 2pac couldnt wait any longer. Badazz happened to walk by and 2pac calls em out and tells em if he has anything, he said yea i got something, so he just went in the booth and laid down his vocals off some lyrics he had written a few days back. So it was intended for the outlawz but couldnt write to it or couldnt write fast enough and badazz happened to walk by at the right time.

Yeah, I think the Outlawz were taking too long to write verses and Bad Azz was like Pac, I have something exactly for this track and then the rest is history.

Its a tight track, amazing lyrics and beat. Withe regard to the recording, I also need to get myself a remastered version of that LP.

" Life goes on, I put my head against the wall learning right from wrong..... they ban my records check it don't have to bump this but please respect it". Tight Tight track!!

"I've come a long way but still I got so far to go" Sad line, if he only knew how short of a distance he actually had left. I bumped this track even more than Hail Mary. White Man's World is anothe slept on track that I keep on repeat.

when i listen to this song, well many songs from the later end of pac's career its a gift and a curse to me. the gift is wow, his songs were just so powerful and full of emotion. from the layers he used to make them and just how he rapped his feelings out there, truly amazing. then the curse is dam that could have only been the begining, everytime i listen to the radio or go the club i just feel cheated ya know? just imagine where his music would have been 1 year, 2 years after makaveli, sky was the limit...dam sorry off topic there

but anyways, great song, one of the more amazing pac has done. just love the adlibs in this too like when he "gave her the keys to her own house this your land" you can hear him in the back layer saying "its yours mama, its yours, its yours". i just love listening to this song and the rest of the 7 day theory with headphones on, always find something new it seems.

Everytime i listen to pac songs with headphones i discover different adlibs and background voices. This song is great, full of emotions as if he knew this would be one of his last songs recorded.
