They are mega star currently and Pac at that time was still a "nobody" to the mass. Plus I ain't from the US but from what i saw on the TV, it was a total mess so anybody could have gone there without getting in trouble or had great chance to avoid trouble.

LOL!! Maybe because your trying to make others feel bad or guilty about being heartfelt about the man. Usually those who don't like something will get involved and ridicule another person for liking something. An instance of this is that I don't really like football, so when I see other football fans talking so greatly about it, I ridicule them and because of that I'm known as a pretend football fan.
