I dont really like any punk/emo but Oasis are a wicked indie band, and emo kids just piss me off

Buddy.. Oasis were the most influencial Brit-pop band in the mid 90's. Even by todays standards, they'd be classified as rock.. not indie

^you prolly also know head on collision and my friends over you from the sticks and stones cd. I own the catalyst cd and some of my favorites are: i don't wanna know, your biggest mistake, doubt full, over the head below the knees, at least i'm known for something, and who am i.

hell, that and the yellowcard cd i can just listen to the whole way through without skipping songs to tell you the truth.

yea ik wut u mean about that yellowcard cd! there first cd "one for the kids" is nowhere near "ocean avenue" but still a good cd...any word on their new cd btw?

Oh oh oh, i just remembered.
One of my favourite bands which happens to be an emo band is The Promise Ring. They're lyrics are like oasis but they're music isn't as poppy and the members aren't as arrogant. Amara, get their stuff, you'll like them.
