Pitch Shift is in Audiosuite, it's not something you can throw over a track though, just through audiosuite.

oh so no non-destructo mode with it...does it do good pitch shifts tho? mebbe I didnt fuck w/ it enuf cuz I thot I remember messin w/ one a while ago in there and it sounded garbaj
