Honestly my first post was sincere. I figured people could step outside of their little comfort zone and answer a real question, apparently everyone would rather stay inside their little bubble and not answer. I was not seeking attention from anyone, I have a girlfriend, a family, and friends that can supply attention, I wouldn't need to resort to this forum for such things. You have either misconstrued the point of the post or you're once again being the Casey that everyone has grown accustomed to.
I would not say my life sucks by any means, I make good money, I'm educated, I have a girlfriend, friends and family who are always there for me, I'm in outstanding physical shape and apparently I'm likable enough so that even people online whom have never met me or heard my voice before were concerned about whether or not I am suicidal. I don't live with my mommy, I'm above average when it comes to looks and I'm very good at expressing myself and speaking about subjects most people can't speak on, like suicide.
When I talked about "what would make you do it" I mentioned various things that have been talked about lately. P90X has been a hot topic, so I mentioned it. Religion, always a hot topic, mentioned that, too. Music, that too. You're the only one who took offense. Kelli and Farzin didn't jump on me for dissing P90X. That one religious dude didn't say shit for me saying there is possibly no God, but you did for no reason at all. Think on that.

I haven't liked Eminem since the MMLP, man. He is overrated and even his best new material is ass compared to his golden days. He has no longevity. I don't really have a living "idol" per se. I admire Axl Rose more than ay other living musician, so I guess I'll go with him. No I won't kill myself if he dies.
When my teacher spoke on suicide it wasn't from a book, it was just a speech he was giving. He started it like I started this thread. Anyone who says they've never thought about it is a liar. His words, and now mine.

I didn't take offense to the content, I just don't appreciate being deliberately called out to try and increase the humour of a garbage thread. You let one sucker do it, then everybody wants to have a go, so I wasn't going to stand for it.

It's a bitch move, now he tries to complain about me threadjacking, but at the same time he says I took his bait, which is hypocritical.

At the end of the day, the guy is clearly bored and wants to liven up a garbage-ass thread by taking pot-shots. As much as people don't agree with my stances on certain things - I don't sit around deliberately taking potshots at people when I make a thread in order to make them interesting, they are interesting enough on their own.

Also he does not seem to be intelligent enough to have an entertaining debate with. He needs to take lessons from S O F I and ill-matic for that. Now those are two guys who I can have a good debate with.

To end on a positive note, Ray, if you'd like to have a decent debate regarding a certain William Bruce Rose, that would be something I'd be interested in discussing.

Many people don't know I'm a huge fan of G'n'R, and Axl in particular, and I am particularly well versed in everything about his life and musical career. I own legitimate copies of every musical project he has ever been even slightly involved with, countless demos, bootlegs and rare audio and video material. Many people do not like Axl, mostly due to his relationships with his former bandmates (particularly Slash who is a very likeable person, compared to Axl who is viewed as a paranoid reclusive controlling egomaniac), but as I stated to many - Axl as the sole original member of G'n'R is still musically vastly superior to Velvet Revolver or any other solo project that other members have worked on.

I relate to him a lot, because I think he is misunderstood (as I am), and I am no stranger to fallings-out with former bandmates myself. It seems you relate to him in some way as well, so perhaps we have more in common than you have thought.

This is wayyyy off subject, but I think Axl Rose is the most talented musician in recent generations. He can sing, whistle, play guitar, play piano, play practically anything, and his voice has stayed magnificent for years. He is an incredible songwriter, has respect for the music (albeit not much respect for coworkers and past coworkers) and he is the epitome of what a rock star is. He whines, bitches, throws tantrums, behaves in the most unprofessional ways that would get you fired from most forms of employment (drunk on stage/duty) and he is hated for it. He is also loved for it. Every reason someone can think of to hate him, someone else loves him for it. He spoke on how much he liked Nirvana's music and of wanting to do a song with Kurt Cobain, Cobain dissed his band and his music calling them mainstream, Axl challenged him to a fight. LMAO. Rock fucking star. He is brilliant, he is insane, he is burnt out but he is a legend and quite possibly the most gifted artist of all time. Bret Michaels can suck his dickkk. Democracy was incredible, I still listen to it in the car. The lyrics are spot on, the music is good, his voice is as good as ever.
Cobain got famous, got rich, got a nasty ass wife, couldn't handle the pressure and (allegedly) offed himself.
