Holla Back EXCLUSIVE 2pac Alive?

Sup, I'm not a regular on the forums that much but I just caught a glimpse of this video clip supporting that 2pac is alive.
Before I post the link, I'm not supporting the fact that he is or isn't, I'm just posting a find. Although, the video does look fake because of the misspelling of of his name. Also, "Holla Back Exclusive" seems like an anonymous group of nobodys trying to get some publicity by pulling this hoax. Which seems obvious when the first guy flashes "Westside" then another guy comes up telling them to shut-off the camera.
But on the other hand, this is the closest i've seen someone resemble Pac in all my years. Just by his smile and the scenery around him, it just seems like a place you would expect Pac to be if you ever crossed paths with him.

Take a look for yourself, again, I'm not saying it's HIM, but it looks damn close.

This has been posted a few times already. 99.99% of the people who've seen seem to think it's fake, Myself included.

Just making sure. I did a search and nothing came up regarding the clip. Thats what I first thought when I saw the clip for plenty of obvious reasons, but the resembelance is uncanny. But does anyone know the background on the clip? Why it even exists? Publicity stunt maybe?

Had no clue its been posted that many times, but until now I haven't figured out who are the people responsible for releasing it? Whats the purpose of its existance? Even if this has been posted so many times, has anyone thought about such questions or did everyone come to their own conclusion about it and leave it at that?
I'm pretty sure if its been a topic previously discussed there should be some information out there worth hearing about.

If everyone thinks its fake, what evidence do you have to support this fact. People who think its real, what can you use to support your theory? Lets hear what some people have to say rather than a "it's fake" or "it's real" remark. Is that the highest level of intellect on this forum or is there people who actually have something interesting to say?
