Remember how pac was saying big knew the whole time about the shooting gonna happen, hence "no one informed me it was all a scheme"

Pac said he used to get biggie to open for him, he basically made big, no one really knew about him,pac also said he'd give them money and stuff

Pac felt biggie was jealous of him

He dissed biggie repeatedly so he's letting everyone know he a coward. I don't see pac letting the world know stretch was a coward that much. How many times did he ever mention stretch dissing him?

Stretch had already made it with Live Squad before associating with Pac. Pac couldn't possibly have meant "I put some cash in your pockets, made you a man again" at Stretch.

Besides, as someone already stated, this came out before Hit Em Up (which came on the How Do U Want It megasingle). There were a few shots thrown at Biggie (like Can't C Me) on AEOM before the bomb was dropped on that single.
