Hit em up suppose to diss Jay-Z???

#1
So I am bored and i read this in wikipedia.com

A brutal diatribe, "Hit 'Em Up" was released on the "How Do U Want It" single in 1996. Besides Biggie and Puffy, Lil' Kim and Junior M.A.F.I.A., Chino XL, Bad Boy Records, and New York hip hop as a whole was also targetted. Originally, there was a Jay-Z diss in the rather lengthy outro, but Hussein Fatal of the Outlawz convinced Shakur that Jay-Z should not be attacked since he hadn't been aggressive to Shakur. The several seconds of silence of the outro before Shakur spouts, "Fuck you die slow motherfucker, my fo-fo make sure all y'all kids don't grow" was the part aimed at Jay-Z. This is verifiable by studio footage of Shakur. The censored line is: "Jay-Z, Lil' Kim, Lil' Caesar, fuck you!"

I never heard this before and don't think this is true but it could happened. What studio footage are they talking about???
Can anyone explain this?

Since he's not here to tell us, we probably can't say anything for sure. All we have is Fatal's word, and Fatal does make sense.

to that point, jay didn't have any direct involvement in the beef. that was fatal's reasoning if i remember correctly.

These two tracks, Hit em up Pac feat outlawz and Brooklyn's finest Gay-z feat piggy....which 1 come out first? cuz if brooklyn finest came out first, then gayz was aswell involved as biggie
