But the main reason it's getting flamed is because Microsoft promised alot for the games and havent delivered, maybe they shouldn't have said "best launch line up ever"

No, the franchise is owned by Nintendo. Rare just made some of the games. The Perfect Dark franchise was always owned by Rare, though.

I gave up on consoles after Sega went down. I loved my Genesis, and pissed off people with Nintendo products, cause frankly. Sonic and Knuckles shits all over Mario & Luigi.

Now, I'm just happy with playing Winning Eleven 8, and GTA somewhat...

I'll always be faithful to my PC games, just like I was to Sega.

So how does that point to PDZ being a BAD game? You're saying Nintendo dropped it and now its on 360 like that somehow reflects on the quality of the game, when in fact as youve stated it was nothing more than a deadline issue.
