Pretty much whatever they're playing on the radio. I go with a mate so no need for an ipod to get pumped up

hows it going anyway? You finding enough time to work out regularly?

dance, garage, bassline music. its good for running imo. doesnt necessarily have to be songs you like as i dont know half of them. if its on in the gym then im content so long as its not too pop-ish.

weights on the other hand, then probably bassline or hip-hop - whatever is on.

in college, i used to make hip-hop CDs for the gym which changed their sound entirely... people were happier with the wu. ironically, the gym instructor on duty was a RZA lookalike. we called him RZA.

I go 5 times, 4 times a week if im too tired.

Although I don't listen to him, Waka Flocka. Or anyone that really went in on on his beats, like Tyga in "Hard In The Paint"

But since you really only do Cardio when listening to music, I would say Eminem, 8-mile era for some uplifting/cool flow to listen to.

Download some russian gangsta music. Enjoy having the gym for yourself!

That is unless russian mafia members tend to visit your gym too.

I don't know if you are interested, but I work as an official for the ABA and they've just introduced a new age group called "Masters", for boxers between 34 and 40, as there was alot of people not happy about giving up Amatuer boxing at 34.
