If he did say this then this is comin from the same guy who has songs like Holla and Big Girl where he just took the whole entire song and rapped over it, wtf, lol.

Therefore most hip-hop tracks from New York have problems getting released in their original form because of sampling problems. That's why New York's sound has disappeared.

the best hiphop tracks are all built around samples, it's all about being creative with the sample.

hiphop with no samples is mostly boring and monotonous, especially since the majority of hiphop producers can't play instruments.
