Which new, previously unreleased track off of Resurrection do you guys like the most?

Ghost
One Day At A Time ft. Eminem, Outlawz
Runnin (Dying To Live) ft. Biggie
The Realest Killaz ft. 50 Cent

I have to go with One Day At a Time. I think Eminem did an amazing job on the beat, I really love the Mission Impossible sample in it too. Pac has a great verse and it's one of his verses that is both simple, yet complex. Very deep verse too.

Eminem and The Outlawz also come real tight. As a matter of fact, Em comes so tight on his verse and has such a good flow, he ALMOST outshines Pac. Each Outlaw probably comes with his best verse he's ever had. ESPECIALLY Noble, who also kicks the best flow he's ever spit IMO.

So what y'all think?
Whaha, it's a nice thread but some ppl just keep amazing me.

ODAAT is just as bad as the remixed tracks on L2TG
Runnin is a bad remix and takes away all the feeling of the OG song, this version makes it seem like a soft track or some shit in contradiction to the OG which is a fucking hard track
The Releast Killaz.... *I'm in lost of words and don't know what 2 say about this garbage*
Ghost is alright even though Eminem probably completely fucked the OG up

I have to go with Ghost

I'd choose ODAAT even if I like Runnin' too especially that line by Biggie "runnin from the police picture that nigga i'm too fat i fuck around and catch an asthm attack" lol

"He Screamed THUG LIFE and emtied the clip, got tired of runnin' from the police"--
Runnin' would be one of my fav songs of all time if he kept Kadafi on it..
All in all Ghost blew me away..can't believe that the OG can be better.

Ok, im not mad at that.
IMO, Biggie flow was hotter than Pac.
Biggie had his times, but overall, Pac was the better rapper in every aspect.

What u say about Biggie Vs Eminem?
I wouldn't. I bought Ready 2 Die and hated it. I've never liked Biggie.

Or Big L Corlione for that matter...
That nigga was "so ahead of his time, his parents hadnt met yet"... and thats from his mouth...
Big L may recieve 5 outta 5 from me....
Biggie and Big L greatest flows of all times, will piss on Marshall in a battle
I'm not a Big L fan, to me, he's overrated.

you have to take into consideration that this song was remixed so really its up to the producer to match pac's lyrics and flow. Theres no control over the flow unless you do what eminem did on lttg and fuck up pac's flow by speeding up and slowing him down.
Dude, most of Pac's posthumous materal has been remixed.

And I'd rather have Pac's vocals sped up or slowed down to match the beat than have him sound off beat.

Everything The Owe is fucking terrible.

OMG, you're out your fucking mind. No way in hell is that song just as bad as the stuff on LTTG.

I don't think the new beat makes it seem soft at all. And the only thing wrong with this song really is that the beat seems to generic.

The Releast Killaz.... *I'm in lost of words and don't know what 2 say about this garbage*
You're high. Red Spyda put together one of the hottest beats I've ever heard for this song. The only thing i don't like about it is 50's bullshit claim of "until Makaveli returns it's All Eyez On Me".

However, lyrically and in regards to flow, Eminem is a better rapper than Pac. Em is lyrically better and his flow is better. It's just that Pac is the OVERALL better rapper.

And I DID SAY Em ALMOST outshined Pac. ALMOST. Pac still outshined him by a step or two.

how bout instead of speedin and slowin down pacs vocals (for garbadge beat)they make the BEAT fit his vocals and not vocals to fit the beat :D

Like I told the other guy, that's fine if that's what you think. I just happen to disagree. But as long as you respect my opinion, I'll respect yours. :thumb:

Dogg, if you go back and read the posts, I wasn't talking about Eminem's LTTG beats.

I said that the song Everything They Owe from UTEOT disc 1 is a terrible song because Pac sounds off beat a lot on the song.

Someone else came along and said "that's because the person who made the beat didn't match Pac's flow, but didn't bother to speed up or slow down Pac's vocals like Em did".

Therefore, I was saying, I would rather have the producer speed up or slow down the vocals to make it fit, than not do it and have the song sound like shit, such as Everything They Owe.

And before you say "well, LTTG sounded like shit too", I wouldn't completely agree with you. While I wasn't exactly completely happy or satisfied with LTTG, I didn't think it was bad as a lot of people on here say, and I still don't.

I bump songs such as "Soldier Like Me", "The Uppercut", "Out On Bail", Loyal To The Game, Don't You Trust Me, Ghetto Gospel, Who Do You Love and Henessy on a regular basis.

I also like the 4 "bonus" tracks as well.

yea thats the right idea, but eminem couldnt get that right for loyal to the game
And neither could the person who produced Everything They Owe. Whoever produced that song made a beat that DID NOT match Pac's flow, and therefore Pac sounds off beat throughout most of the song.

Ghost is sweet! - The OG isnt released yet is it?
One day is pretty good - i havent heard the OG, can someone upload it?
realist killaz is good apart from 50 bein on dat track, i like the beat red layed down.

who ever said em is better lyrically and generally has a better flow than pac..... damn dude wat the fuck is up wit dat? eminem definetely dun have better flow than pac. Lyrically it depends on which songs u look at but i think pac beats em in that category too.

Very much so it is. Eminem took vocals from a song Pac recorded in like 93 or 94 and made the vocals sound like he laid them post-95/96. Usually you can tell when you're hearing Pac vocals that were recorded pre-95, but on this one, Eminem did an AMAZING JOB of making Pac sound post-95.

The OG is pretty good. I'm one of the very few people here thought that actually thinks Em's new beat with the Mission Impossible sample is better.

I'm torn on 50's appearance. Overall, I despise 50 Cent. However, I'll give the man credit where it's due. While I admittedly did like 50's verse on this (his flow was amazing), I fucking hated his bullshit claims of "until Makaveli return it's All Eyez On Me". That's some bullshit right there.

C'mon now. Dont' be a Pac dickryder. There's a difference between being a fan and a dickryder. Pac is BY FAR my favorite rapper, but I can still admit that Eminem has the better flow. And yes, Pac was capable of writing some hot ass lyrics such as Blasphemy, Hail Mary and Krazy. But overall, Eminem beats Pac in both categories.

I mean, hell...Em is probably the best mainstream lyricist ever.
