Firstly, Dante is not an Admin at all. Secondly, only I would have access to that type of information were it available, and thirdly, it is not. All passwords and private messages are encrypted, there is no way to find them, they are encrypted even if you go through the mysql database.

So whoever said that wanted to appear more powerful than they really are or was simply mistaken.

Not wantin to appear like a cocky bastard, but from my understanding that isn't true.

Even if there isn't a built in way of viewing them, I am pretty certain they are not encryted in the DB, because this is quite difficult to implement. It is different to the situation with passwords, where they are encoded, because they never have to be read, only compared with a given input.

They may be encoded in the DB, but this is easy to undo with a touch of PHP. Of course, you may have insatlled a mod tat does enable encrytion (there is at least one availible)

Anyway, that's just my understanding of how it works,

tags are yet to be determined. only reason there would be some on there is due to the speed that oftb leaked and with it untagged everyone got that for nothing (the people that didnt order it) and I dont wanna put stuff out and have it floating around the net in mp3 within days of people getting thier orders so its tricky and will take some consideration on my part.

There is a poll going at the moment about future projects and Crooked I is leading by a long way.

So it looks like sometime this year, we are going to get a Crooked I cd, fucked up with tags all over it.

Why? Because you children are incapable of putting your hands in your pockets and have the audacity to brag in every forum possible about how great you are for downloading the release.


Sooner or later, the light will come on in your feeble retarded minds and you will suddenly realise that these are not retail releases, these are releases that will never see the light of day without the Dante's and 101's of the world, and the more you antagonise the people putting them out -

Ho hum, eat a dick. I could give a fuck about OFTB. Why would I shell out $40 for a cd-r chalked full of their tracks? It's not that difficult to understand. Also, whether you'd like to admit it or not, it appears that you are not completely satisfied with the cdr especially given the price you paid for it. I can tell by your posts.

do you know how many great albums past & present sell for like 10 bucks brand new in the stores?

that's the only issue.. if they charged a normal price for a cd than i'm sure more people would have no problem for it

even if you love the album, it's not worth 40 dollars

not to mention when you buy an album (for around 11 dollars) you recieve an actual pressed cd that comes with a nice booklet, whereas here their sending out blank generic cd-r's.

and at 26 years old I hope you have a decent income but I am 20 and I go to college and my 12/hr summer/winter job doesn't cut it to waste my money on a cheap release like this when I know I can get it for free... but thanks to all the peeps who worked REAL hard for that 40 and dropped it so I could download their rip!
