I recently got ahold of a program called Music Morpher. While I wasn't able to find a crack for it, they give you an unlimited free trial yet only 10 saves.
I found a voice remover feature on it and had messed with it, I'm sure if someone with more knowledge of the way to modify music got ahold of it they could make near CDQ instrumentals. There is also a voice extractor feature for acapellas but I wasn't able to do anything significantly good with that feature. Here is a sample of what I was able to do by just clicking the Voice Remover feature and playing the OG of Last Ones Left.

It's not good quality and could have been done better but there is also limitations on the sets of tools you can use also.
