well its all down to choice obviously 2pac meant a lot to the person whos had it, i know hes like really high im my books but i'd neva do that but i am thinkin of the amaru cross bcuz its neutral 2 ppl that don't know what it stands for and also shows i like tupac to the ones that know, but u gotta respect ppls reasons fopr doing stuff no matter how eccentric it may appear..

gotta agree wit harris, i personally wouldn't do that, but you gotta respect that cuz thats his/her way of showin' their apreciation for pac, and it extends his legacy further,

Very good quote to use to remember him. It's very sweet if you ask me. If he/she wants to remember him that way, then more power to him/herIf I did something like that it might be on my back or something....but not right up there for the world to see. I thought it was a very sweet and meaningful gesture.

If it makes him/her happy then that's all that matters. Althought I would have choosen a better tattoo artist. That is very sloppy and very smeared work.

at least pick a nice design or something to look more artistic. people will not have time to read what it says - they will be scared away by that tat.
