After watching 2pac & Biggie, everything seems to point directly at Suge Knight. It could've been any low life doing the actual shooting (i.e Orlando Anderson). However, there was a more omnipotent being within this whole scene, calling all the shots. And I think it was Suge. I wonder if we'll ever find out.
