I didn't really put a lot of effort into checking out that website so maybe it deals with this but...

I didn't think the issue is about a climate change occuring but rather whether or not it's affected significantly by our doing. And whether or not current and future sanctions/restrictions and all the money that's being poured into limiting our effect is justified.

From my understanding, the scientific consensus is that we're contributing the most damage and that not enough restrictions have been put into place to even slow it down.

It says "Live 24-hour stream making the case that climate change is very much real."

I rarely see people speaking out against climate change itself (they're there but you know...), only that the science claiming we're significantly responsible is wrong. If the science was wrong the measures we need to take would be more along the lines of preparing for the changes rather than fighting them.
Does the site go into that at all? Or does it just show the effects of climate change?

Since its a live stream, its hard for me to know. I watched maybe 20 minutes of it before bed. However, I'm pretty sure it does because its being touted as proving skeptics wrong once and for all and due to the sheer organization of it. I dont think it presents any novel ideas so the answers you seek can most likely be found with a couple minutes of Googling.

I definitely see the need to be skeptical about what people are telling us. No one wants to be a blind sheep. But I think people forget that scientists by the nature of their work are skeptics themselves. So, if 97-98% of active climate change researchers are claiming that it's more than 90% likely that climate change is caused by humans, I don't see the benefit in being a skeptic. Sometimes, to quote Governor Christie, you have to defer to the experts. He regretted saying that, being that he's a Republican.

The only way to stop climate change is to restrict population. Do you see your government doing that? Any Western governments?

They keep showing this Al Gore segment of this on current tv. He's just showing a lot of photos of proof that things are changing for the worse. He also shows clips of right wing idiots making ridiculous comments and he refutes them. He actually has to say, "well, Jupiter doesn't have any ice caps." I bet if gore ran for press after bamas second term he'd win

I wasn't talking about population in the western world. I just said "Any Western governments?" because I can see many governments in the less developed world making Sci-Fi type limits on child birth. Like China's one child policy.
