have fun with that insurance
and speaking from experience owning two cadillacs, anything with the cadillac name on it pushes up the cost on repairs

i've never driven one but i do like the looks of them

Either that or Acura TL will be my next toy.

Caddy is expensive with the repairing and shit. When you bring to the shop, they'll think you have money since your driving caddy, so they gonna charge me shit load of money.

I don't know how often their parts break down though.

They also consume a lot of gas. I think the smallest you can get is 2.8 engine and that will give you 28mpg in highway and 17 in the city. Which is still bad considering it has a small engine. But its caddy.

Whats so great about CTS-V and whats the difference?

The CTS-V will be the high performance version of the CTS. Nothing you'll be interested in if you're already worrying about maintaince costs and fuel economy.

^ Yup. To elaborate, the CTS-V is going to be a CTS on steroids in every way. It's getting a detuned version of the LS9 engine from the Corvette ZR1 (which is 638 hp), though probably in the neighborhood of 550 hp or so, based on preliminary claims, though it'll probably be a bit more.

They already have the CTS-V, why the will be talk. My sister was looking for a CTS for about 2 months, I finally talked her out of it. You're a fool if you buy a car purely based off looks, and unless you buy the CTS-V then looks is all you're getting with the CTS.

^^ It may actually be the first proper American saloon car in a while. The new Corvette already displayed a good trend in American cars that focuses more on quality and handling rather than "how big the engine is (regardless of how much power it makes)". Hope to see more of the same, because every idiot can understand that it's not America's lack of engineering skills, money, capability or market that's keeping them from making proper cars....its mentality.

We're twins, so do you think I'm hot? haha

Don't get me wrong they are nice cars, they're decent. But quality and perfromance wise you can find better. At this moment she is still undecided, I think she is leaning twoards the Acura TL or TSX. She is looking at Infiniti's also. I don't know what she is gonna do, she'll probably end up getting an Accord like she had before.
