^^they say that method is pretty accurate

at first i made the mistake of entering the measurements in cm and not inches. my bf % came out at 29%. I was about to go shoot myself when i discovered my mistake :)

I have no idea and I don't care as long as I don't look fat. Actually as long as I don't have any irritating fat hiding my belly muscles (okay I have some but it's not bad) :)

^^thats where most of my fat is. i am very lean all over the rest of my body. It seems that if i gain any fat it all goes to my stomach. what percentage do you need to be at so your stomach muscles are visible. I can sort of see my upper stomach muscles.

yeah whenever I lose some weight I look skinny on my face, chest etc but still have some fat on my belly. On the other hand I've been eating shitloads of fast foods lately - kfc, mcdonalds and pizza everyday for a few months I've been really busy and had no time to cook at home. Funny thing is that I don't gain any weight. I also don't do that much workout to burn all those calories. I don't know where do they disappear.

it depends on your metabolism.

I know some very skinny guys who eat and eat and still they dont put on any weight whereas if i eat junk food for the next week i will pile on the weight.

I'm not sure what it is but I'm between 110-120lbs and I'm 5'3". I would say it's low but you never know ... That link that Bobby Sands put up I was going to do but I don't have a tape measure with me and i don't know all those measurements by heart
