Oh shit, my head hurts.
Ronald Reagan sucked almost as much George W. does. His domestic policies were shit, and his international ones weren't much better. Since I know most of you probably don't follow this stuff much at all, I'll use something you are probably familiar with: Tupac: Resurrection. Did you not see the protestors with signs saying "Homeless, Not Helpless"? Poverty was at one of its worst points ever under Reagan. Why? Because he used Reaganomics, or voodoo economics. Voodoo economics is theory that if you give tax breaks to the wealthiest of the country, it will encourage them to spend more money, which will make it's way down to the lower classes. The problem is that there is no incentive for the wealthy to do this - they're getting their tax breaks either way. And even if they did spend more, they're still going to rape all the money that's made and hog all the profits. This is why we had the largest deficit ever under Reagan until Baby Bush came in and outdid him.
Thin about that for a second. Reagan creates the largest deficit in history (along with Papa Bush), Clinton comes in and turns it into the largest surplus in history, Bush comes in and makes it worse than before Clinton, and yet Clinton is the bad guy. How does that work?
"The economy was already falling at the end of Clinton's administration. The recession was really his fault." Two things come to mind: "no shit" and "bullshit." Bullshit because it wasn't Clinton's fault, and no shit because the economy always drops a little around an election because the people aren't sure what they'll be facing afterwards. Guess what. It didn't improve when Bush took over.
As for Reagan's international policies.. guess who sold bin Laden and Saddam all their weapons. No, not Clinton, this was quite a little while before he took office. Yes, you guessed it, Reagan.
Name me one good thing Bush has done for the United States. Fuck Iraq, they're no better off. Afghanistan's biggest source of income is opium. What a world we created for them.

Whys it even make difference? Most of the country voted for him anyway - not for his sarcasm, but for whatever reasons. But now if the red states voted for him cause for being a dumbass, then that would be sad, but thats not the case.
Not everybody likes him for being a idiot - just mainly some of the poeple didn't vote for him - thats probably just a handful. But I mean but him being funny is probably the only thing I like about him. Besides, whats he done good for me to like him?

You dont need to like him, but the fact remains he's the leader of your country and he represents the free democratic society you love (I'm assuming you do). I beleive the reason he's back in office is because religous people prefer a president who is against gays but will murder thousands of innocent people. Its all moral judgement, I'd prefer to stay skeptical and critical of Bush than laugh at his inability to construct a proper sentance together. Either way its your choice.
