As previously reported, Marion “Suge” Knight was arrested for assaulting his now ex-girlfriend Melissa Isaac, while driving down the Las Vegas strip.
Knight was charged with assault and two counts of felony by the Clark County Justice Court in Las Vegas.
Knight made a court appearance on Friday (December 5) and according to his attorney, David Chesnoff, Knight was dismissed of all charges due to “discovery problems and witness problems.”
According to The New York Times, DA’s are still seeking a grand jury indictment and all charges to be revived.
The case may be opened for further investigation.
