I didn't read the whole thread, but it seems there was some disbeliefs, one thing shocked me to make me feel that interview was indeed authentic...

My cousin told me about 2 years ago, that the dude that sang the reggae hooks on Pac's tracks was from Dominica, I thought it as BS becuase he's lived there his whole life and just came here about 5 years ago, BTW I was also born there...

I remeber someone said they went to school with her on here a while back, I asked them to ask her where her dad was from, but never got a response...

Reading the beginning of the interview shocked me, as I never believed he was from Dominica myself...

Anyway just sheding some light that the interview seems authentic...
