1. Don't turn into a homeless drug dealer

2. Don't sell pills out of your car if you live in it.

3. Don't get caught with pills if you live in your car.

4. Take the god damn plea bargain when you're facing multiple felonies with a criminal record consisting of possession and assault to name a few.

5. Don't be a fucking idiot.

Just turned 18 - now he'll be a fresh piece of ass in prison. Good thing the family's rich enough to hire a good lawyer.

He was caught with 9 extacy pills along with some weed and a pipe. He could have gotten out of this with a light sentence but he decided to be a retard instead. Since he was caught in his car - they're slapping him with transport of narcotics, intent to distribute, and a bunch of other charges you hear in the movies.

This is not his first offense, unfortunately. Prosecution will bring up his past record and build their case on that. He's such an idiot, I tell you what. This happened only a few days after his family sat him down and tried to suggest job options for him. IDIOT!

He'll be looking at 2 years. I just hope he'll be a better man the next time I see him.

don't they ALL say that?
meh, I don't keep track. Dude's strapped and drugged out of his mind every day so it leads me to believe he would do it. I've actually known him since when he was a "good boy" but let's not get all teary eyed here lol.

wow... I knew a kid, drug dealer, had just hit 18 and he had been caught previously, had a case, would be inspected regularly by police and wtv. That didn't stop him from selling drugs and one day he disappears from my job and wtv. Never heard about him again. I'm sure he got caught.

How would she be the kid, if she's still at the job and the other person dissapeared?

Anyways, I've known my share of dealers & users. God bless my brother for having great friends. :D lol

lol i wish our laws were this strict, any one here would get a fine or an asbo. in some cases these days, people get put on tag for armed robbery.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume he's an addict. Rational thought and common sense do not apply to addicts. You cannot just have a sit down with an addict and that be the end of it. While he technically is an idiot for fucking up like this, there is more at work than just him being an "idiot"

Not saying people shouldn't be charged for such shit but that's so ridiculous. Those charges, transport, intent to distribute. 9 fucking pills? C'mon. Sure, he may be a drug dealer, but 9 pills, lol. I have friends that do as many on one evening.

Now if it were 900 or even 90, then yeah sure, but sometimes it looks like the prosecution tags some extra charges on it just to piss you off.

It's the insanely strict drug laws that are to blame for our prisons being over-inflated.

Well, that's the thing - he could have gotten those big charges dropped if he had taken the plea bargain - that would have made things easier for both sides.
