08/09 Premier League thread.

Yea Newcastle are a dreadful team with a load of useless nothing players like Nolan, Guthrie, Taylor etc. Duff is finished and should move back home to the league of Ireland. Its a case of destroying and rebuilding. Some of those player aren't good enough to get them promoted from the Championship. They are all on big money as well. I reckon Duff is on about 80,000 a week. They need to sell all them and get good honest players that will bring them back up.

I wanted them to stay up but in all honesty they didnt deserve it. Hull will be bottom of the league all next season with their absolute prick of a manager. I will give him 3 months next season and he will be booted out. fuckin poser.

Dirk Kuyt scored another goal and another assist today. He has been great this season. Hopefully he can keep it going next season,

Yes they are crap, but if he leaves, I'd be pissed. He's my favorite player.

Bobby, do you know how much Owen is on? I believe it would be more than Duff and hes probably played like 30 times since hes been there. Waste of money, who would actually want him?

Hull, Sunderland are no way near Premiership class, they shouldve sent them all down.

Colocinni to some non league team for a packet of crisps and a Goal 2 DVD
 
me and Illuminatille finished joint top (i think) of the streethop fantasy football on 1886 points each lol

It shows his team in 1st place though :@

why did i take out Howard for Schwarzer today :(

Owens: Celtic have apparently been having an eye on him. Waste of money I say, but wtv.

Viduka should head to a lesser league, like Russia or something. I'm sure some rich Russian owner would like him.

Martins: He's a decent striker, I can see him staying around though. He seems to try a lot more than most at Newcastle.

Jonas: Agreed.

Barton: lmao.

Pretty much agree with the rest and lol @ Coloccini.
 
Owen is off form no doubt but he hasn't lost his ability. I think he will come good again. He was playing with a lot of poor players at Newcastle it must be said.

crap, i totaly forgot you guys were doing a fantasy league. post it in next season's thread. i might join it if i have spare time to play yet another game.
